About me
It all started when I was 10 years old. I was watching He-Man & the Masters of the Universe, when I realized I wanted as many He-Man action figures as I could get my hands on.
I made the connection between seeing something on T.V. & how it motivated me to make a purchase. After that, I started to develop an interest in motivation & why people do the things they do.
This lead me to a career in advertising. I started my career as an intern for DDB about a decade ago. I was able to try my hand in several agency positions from writing, to designing, to development. Eventually, my diverse experience led me to project management and UI design at Razorfish (Avenue A).
I spent a few years there, and made the big move to W+K to help digitally enable the global agency. Throughout, I continued to call Toronto my home & a few years ago, I decided it was time to find work in Canada.
I continued to pursue my digital interest working for clients like Dove, Scotiabank, Cineplex, Telus, Canadian Tire, Doritos, & many others. I offered strategic insights, project structure, & helped deliver great user experiences.
I'm currently holding down a full time position with Trapeze as their usability manager, where I've gotten the opportunity to improve user experiences on sites like, the soon to re-launch, canadiantire.ca, eharlequin.com, and opto.ca. In addition to the great work I get to work on everyday, I've been lucky enough to land some strategic consulting & social media consulting contracts with clients like GE, Toyota, and P&G.
I've also been engaged to elaborate on some of my blog posts & turn my writings into a book.

By the way, I'm always looking for fun contracts. If you have a fun UX, digital strategy, or social media project - send me a note.
